Appraisal Services
CMC can perform a wide variety of mining & mineral appraisal services, including the following:
- Appraise Mineral Interest Values (e.g. undeveloped mineral sites, mineral lease, or landowner’s mineral interests);
- Appraise Mining Interest Values (e.g. mining lease, owner-operators);
- Appraise Going Concern Values (e.g. value of mining operation);
- Appraise Majority/Minority/Standard Stock of Mining Companies;
- Appraise Mining Plant & Equipment Values (through qualified subcontractor);
- Update Appraisal Reports previously prepared by CMC (when allowed by financial and regulatory rules);
- Review/Critique other Mineral Appraisal Reports.
Valuations are typically prepared for on “as of” dates, however retroactive, projected, or pro-forma valuations are also commonly performed.
